Tyler, the Creator, one of rap’s most admired nonconformists, is releasing his new album, “Chromakopia,” today—on a Monday, not a Friday, which is when albums are usually released. In the process, he’s encouraging the music industry to look beyond its longstanding, sales-driven, one-size-fits-all approach to putting out records.
